China national center for developing animation, cartoon&game industryIs is the first national animation game industry revitalization agency approved and established by the Ministry of Culture. Inaugurated in Shanghai at June 2004.
We follow the leadership by Ministry of Culture and the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department and also the support from Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture Radio Film & TV.
In the past of nine years we had launched a series of fruitful work about: Education and Training、Creative development、Incubator and International cooperation.
Our goal is to revitalize the Chinese animation and game industry, and we are not just like the traditional processing Park. We integrate the advantages of resources and build a comprehensive  function international service platform.
