On 29th October, 2014, A press conference was held in Beijing by the government of Quebec. At the press conference Mr. Philippe Couillard, Premier of Quebec has announced the establishment of “Zhang Bin-Niu Gensheng-Trudeau Education Fund” in University of Montreal, the purpose of which is to promote the cultivation of excellent politicians and judicial talents, and to contribute to the long-term friendship between China and Canada. Mr. Zhang Yu, Vice President of CCIA, on behalf of the President Mr. Zhang Bin, attended the announcement ceremony.
