On May 8th, 2014, the seminar on "Silk Road Culture Industry Belt" jointly hosted by the cultural industry department of the Ministry of Culture, cultural resources office of the Ministry of Finance and CCIA kicked off at the Ministry of Culture. This seminar aimed at implementing the strategic idea of "Silk Road Economic Belt" by placing cultural development first.
