China Xuan Paper Company Group, established in 1951, now has become the leader of handmade paper enterprises; it is also the largest producer of four treasures of study in China with 660 tons annual output and offers jobs to more than 1,300 employees. As the representative enterprise of pretection and inheritence of traditional Xuan Paper handicraft, one of the Intangible Cultural Heritages of Humanity, and the drafter of national standards of Xuan Paper and painting paper, China Xuan Paper Company Group has been awarded the name of the Example Base of National Cultural Industry, the Productive Protection-and-demonstration Base of National Intangible Cultural Heritage, National Key Cultural Export Enterprise, National Industrial Tourism Demonstration Spot, State-level High-tech Enterprise and China Time-honored Brand Enterprise. Its brand product Red Star is approved as the National Famous Trademark, taking up more than 90% of the market shares.
In recent years, the company has caught opportunities and born great fruits. It has broken the deadlock of tens million output value and aobut ten million profit & taxation. In 2012, the sales revenues totaled RMB 213 million and the profit & taxation was over RMB 100 million. According to the overall development planning, China Xuan Paper Company Group will be devoted to developing and inheriting Xuan Paper handicrafts, popularizing Xuan paper culture and making contribution to the development of Chinese culture. We will take full advantage of going public to improve product quality, expand brand influence of the Red Star, upgrade brand efficiency and grow the company. We will strive to bring the annual production to 1,200 tons, with sales revenue of RMB 1 billion and profit & taxation of RMB 200 milion.Our goals are listed as below:
(1) Go public in 2014;
(2) Complete the construction of pteroceltis tatarinowii maxim base and the raw material base of the specific processed sand-land straw;
(3) Rebuild the manufacturing buildings and office buildings;
(4) Complete transformation by turning the company from a Xuan Paper producer into cultural tourism enterprise, completing industrial chain, developing the business of four treasures of Chinese study, changing development direction to high value-added products, like Xuan Paper artwork and building the company to an more influential and competitive enterprise in China.
