Yangzhou Arts and Crafts Group Co, Ltd is a stated owned corporation which is permitted by the Yangzhou government and founded by both Yangzhou government and Yangzhou Arts and Crafts Industrial Union. Yangzhou government authorizes Yangzhou State Owned Resources Intendance and Administration Committee as the investor of the corporation. The function of Yangzhou Arts and Crafts Industrial Union is protecting and administrating the traditional craftsmanship all over the city. The tenet of the corporation is to strengthen the administration of state owned resources and make the resources increase in value according to the request of following the socialistic market economy system and setting up modern corporation system. The corporation is supposed to develop into a group containing traditional craftsmanship research, production, exploitation, trade and transport by optimizing its capital structure, using its advantage of the entirety group, enhancing its competitive ability and shaping a producing structure of professionalize, maximum production, high technology and high profit. They are Yangzhou Jade-ware Factory, Yangzhou lacquer-ware Factory, Yangzhou Embroidery-clothing Factory. Two of them are escrow enterprises. They are Yangzhou Qinqin jewelry Co, Ltd and Yangzhou craft Factory Co, Ltd.
